Music Makes Us

This album and artist was my first introduction to the Twee genre a little over a year ago. They definitely are a band you can put on when you want to listen to cutesy pop. Acid House Kings is a Swedish indie pop band, founded in 1991 by Joakim Ödlund(also in the bands Poprace, Double Dan, and Starlet) and brothers Niklas Angergård (Red Sleeping Beauty) and Johan Angergård(Club 8, The Legends, Poprace). The band recorded their first songs that year and sent them only to one label, the German pop label Marsh Marigold. A few months later their debut single “Play pop! EP” was released.
